可持續農業發展之應用-飼料添加中草藥複方對於雞隻增重影響研究

Adding Chinese HerbalMedicine Compound to Feed
摘要

    本研究以中草藥複方添加於飼料中,探討其對雞隻增重之影響。本試驗場域位於臺灣新竹縣的肉雞畜牧場,飼養購自於臺灣南投縣之蘆花雞400 隻(2019 年3 月21 日孵化),選32 隻蘆花雞隨機均分為飼料添加中草藥複方之試驗組(n = 16)與飼料不添加中草藥複方之對照組(n = 16),試驗為期43 天(2019 年6 月3 日至2019 年7 月15 日),應用SPSS軟體進行試驗數據之統計分析與獨立t 檢定。試驗結果顯示,在雞隻平均增重方面,試驗組顯著比對照組增加155.25 公克(p <0.01),顯示飼料添加中草藥複方飼養雞隻有較佳的增重表現。本試驗結果可作為飼養蘆花雞及相關禽類業者之參考。在天然資源匱乏地區及對環境友善的立場下,為可持續農業提供更進一步的研究與應用。

Abstract

    In this study, a Chinese herbal medicine compound was added to the feed to explore the results of chicken weight gain. The site of this experiment is located in the broiler livestock farm in Hsinchu County, Taiwan. The chicken species is " Barred Plymouth Rock Chickens ", The total figure is 400, purchased from Nantou County, Taiwan; the incubation date is March 21, 2019; The trial period is from June 3, 2019 to July 15, 2019; this experiment was divided into control group and experimental group. Each group randomly selected 16 chickens and distinguished the experimental design of "daily feed with Chinese herbal medicine compound (experimental group, n = 16)" and "daily feed without Chinese herbal medicine compound (control group, n = 16)" The trial lasted for 6 weeks (43 days). In this study, SPSS software was used to perform descriptive statistics and independent t-tests of mean differences. The test results showed that the experimental group was 155.25 grams heavier than the control group (p <0.01), with significant weight gain. This result can provide a reference for the Barred Plymouth Rock Chickens breeding industry and related poultry business operations. In areas where natural resources are scarce and environmentally friendly, and for sustainable agriculture provide further research and development ideas and basis.

摘要:

    香疗分属不同的医学体系,应用不同的理论指导,主要包括西医、印度医和中医三类,摘要:香疗分属不同的医学体系,应用不同的理论指导,主要包括西医、印度医和中医三类,中医方法论的特征是整体论认知模式与信息医学技术本征。中医知识包括经典指导的理论性较强部分,各家学说指导的理论较弱部分和缺少理论指导的经验性部分,中医香疗属于第二类。按照不同原理制备的中医香疗产品分别依据不同评价方法进行疗效、安全、功力评价,主要有传统中医、西医和系统中医三种,其中系统中医代表着未来的方向。中医现代化举步维艰,中医香疗可望作为破局点引领中医发展,并在此过程中提升自身学术与市场地位。

摘要

    本研究取甘蔗皮萃取液,以Span20 非離子型界面活性劑,添加植物甾醇以5:1 之比例製備成囊泡載體進行功效性評估。實驗取2 g 紫紅色甘蔗皮粉末加入10% Butylene Glycol 水溶液以超音波加微波之複合式方法萃取出甘蔗皮多醣與多酚。結果顯示,多醣萃取率為42.0±3.8%,多酚率為2.10±0.1%。此外,Span 20 添加植物甾醇製備之囊泡,第1 天粒徑為112.20±2.98 nm,第28 天時其粒徑為135.43±1.42 nm,此結果說明配方經過28 天高、低溫度虐待實驗,囊泡載體具有相當之安定性;囊泡載體塗抹於皮膚上28 天後,皮膚角質層保濕度提升31%;依前述結果說明, Span20 添加植物甾醇包覆甘蔗皮萃取液製備之囊泡,具有相當之安定性及功效性,未來可做為化妝品之材料。

Abstract

    This research utilizes sugarcane peel extract for efficacy assessment of a niosome prepared bymixing Span 20 non-ionic surfactant with phytosterol at a ratio of 5:1. For the experiment, an aqueoussolution of 10% Butylene Glycol was added to 2g of purple-red sugarcane peel powder to extractsugarcane peel polysaccharide and polyphenol by adopting a composite ultrasound and microwaveextraction method. The results of the experiment indicate polysaccharide and polyphenol extractionrates of 42.0±3.8% and 2.10±0.1%. In addition, the particle size of niosome prepared by addingphytosterol to Span 20 increases from 112.20±2.98 nm on the 1st day to 135.43±1.42 nm on the 28thday. This result demonstrates that the niosome of the formula exhibits considerable stability after 28-day thermal abuse testing (at high and low temperatures). 28 days after applying the niosome to the skin, the moisture level of the stratum corneum is 31% higher than before. The aforementioned resultsskin, the moisture level of the stratum corneum is 31% higher than before. The aforementioned resultsclearly show that the stability and efficacy of niosome prepared by mixing Span20 with phytosterolencapsulating sugarcane extract is considerably high and may therefore be used as a cosmeticsingredient in the future.

摘要

    隨著人們對健康意識的提高,人們對功能性食品與健康益處之間的關係越來越受到關注。魚類亦是蛋白質提供的主要來源,與油性魚類相比,鱈魚被歸類為白魚,其蛋白質含量特別高,其高蛋白質和低脂肪的特性使鱈魚成為更健康的替代品之一。這篇文章對鱈魚及其功能性成分進行了探討。鱈魚富含多種功能性成分,與其他魚類一樣,蛋白質、礦物質、維生素、脂類和脂肪酸是主要的生物活性成分,除此之外鱈魚富含Omega-3 脂肪酸和牛磺酸,此兩種物質分別具有抗心律失常、抗發炎、抗纖維化及維持大腦功能和發育方面起著重要作用,此兩種物質可經由萃取提高療效,有望可作為極具發展前景的功能性食品之一。

Abstract

    With the increased heath consciousness, there is a growing interest in the relationship betweenfunctional foods and health benefits. Fish being the major source of protein, contributes the nutritionalvalue that people may need. Compared to oily fish, Cod is classified as a white fish with a particularlyhigh protein content and relatively low fat contained, making them a promising source in providingfunctional properties in human health. In this report, the functional components of codfish will bereviewed and discussed in detail.Similar to other fish, cod is rich in a variety of functional components, including protein,minerals, vitamins, lipids and fatty acids, which are the main bioactive components. Additionally,codfish is rich in both Omega-3 fatty acids and taurine, which of them play an important role in antiarrhythmic,anti-inflammatory, anti-thrombogenic, and also participant in the neurological conditionand brain function. These two substances can be extracted from cod to enhance their therapeuticeffects and are expected to be one of the most promising functional foods.

消費者自覺健康對溫泉體驗結合芳香療法關聯性之研究
Study on Relationship of Consumers' Consciousness toSpa Experience in Combination with Aromatherapy

摘要:

    臺灣擁有天然溫泉資源,泡湯頻率與健康相關生活品質具有正相關,推論溫泉休閒活動有提升健康相關生活品質趨勢。本研究之主要目的是藉由溫泉體驗的過程,探討溫泉消費者對於自身覺察健康狀況、溫泉態度、溫泉體驗及芳香療法是否有差異,藉此研究溫泉消費者自覺健康對於溫泉體驗結合芳香療法之關聯性,進而有助於推廣兩者加乘的效益。採用立意抽樣方式研究以問卷方式進行,其對象為20 歲以上有過溫泉體驗的人,共收取有效問卷681份,資料以SPSS 19.0 進行資料處理。分析研究結果顯示,消費者對於自覺健康、溫泉態度、溫泉體驗、芳香療法態度有差異。消費者對自覺健康與溫泉態度有正向影響。消費者對溫泉態度與溫泉體驗,及與芳香療法態度之關聯性研究。研究結果,消費者對溫泉態度對芳香療法態度有正向影響。迴歸分析中各標準化路徑係數均達顯著,表示「溫泉態度」與「芳香療法態度」有間接的因果關係,也就是說,「溫泉態度」在「溫泉體驗」中介的情況下,對「芳香療法態度」產生間接的影響。溫泉體驗對於溫泉態度及芳香療法態度具有中介效果。本研究建議,將來推廣溫泉消費活動時,可多增加消費者親身體驗,例如:體驗券等。並提供芳香療法配套供其選擇,以達雙贏。

Abstract

    Because Taiwan has natural hot spring resources, bathing frequency and health-related qualityof life has a positive correlation, inferring spa leisure activities to improve health-related quality oflife trends. The main purpose of this study is to explore whether consumers have any discrepancieswith their own perceived health status, hot spring attitude, hot spring experience and aromatherapythrough the process of hot spring experience, so as to study the correlation between consumerconscious health and hot spring experience and aromatherapy, which in turn helps to promote thebenefits of both. The study was conducted by means of questionnaires with intentional sampling. Thesubjects were people over 20 years old who had experienced hot springs. A total of 681 validquestionnaires were collected and processed by SPSS 19.0. Analysis results show that consumers areconscious of health, hot spring attitude, hot spring experience, aromatherapy attitude differences.Consumers have a positive effect on conscious health and attitudes toward hot springs. Consumerattitudes to hot springs and hot springs are related. Consumers' experience of hot springs is related totheir aromatherapy attitude. Consumers have a positive influence on the attitudes towards hot springstowards aromatherapy attitudes. In the regression analysis, each of the standardized path coefficientsreached significant significance, indicating that there is an indirect causal relationship between "hotspringattitude" and "aromatherapy attitude", that is, "hot-spring attitude" have an indirect impact.The hot-spring experience has an intermediary effect on the attitude of hot-spring and aromatherapy.This study suggests that in the future promotion of hot spring consumption activities, consumers mayexperience more personal experiences such as experience vouchers and the like. And providearomatherapy package for their choice, in order to achieve a win-win situation.

芳香療法對社區中高齡者睡眠品質之影響

摘要

    高齡社會時代身心健康問題成為主要議題,透過有效的芳香療法,協助社區中高齡者改善睡眠品質為中高齡者最重要的身心保健議題。本研究旨在探討社區中高齡者之睡眠品質問題,運用芳香療法的實驗研究,探討中高齡者使用芳香療法後對睡眠品質之影響。其研究目的為探討芳香療法對社區中高齡者睡眠品質之影響。為達上述目的,本研究以社區55 歲以上中高齡者為研究對象,進行實驗法之不等組前後測設計,組別分為實驗組A 組(介入複方精油按摩加嗅吸)、B 組(複方精油按摩)、C 組(複方精油嗅吸)、D 組(純基底油按摩)等四組,以及對照組E 組(無任何芳香療法介入),以探討社區中高齡者使用芳香療法後對睡眠品質的影響。本研究引用「匹茲堡睡眠品質量表」搜集資料。所得資料以描述性統計、成對樣本t 檢定分析,獲得其研究結果為:使用芳香療法能促進及改善社區中高齡者的「睡眠品質」。本研究芳香療法實驗結果,可提供給社區中高齡者居家應用及社區關懷據點規劃中高齡者健康促進課程與社福團體健康促進課程講師實務應用參考。

Abstract

    Physical and mental health issues in the age of the elderly become the main issue. Througheffective aromatherapy, assist the middle-aged and elderly in the community to improve sleep qualityis the most important physical and mental health issue for the middle-aged and elderly. This studyaims to explore the sleep quality of the middle-aged and elderly in the community. Experimentalresearch on aromatherapy is used to explore the effects of aromatherapy on sleep quality in middleagedand elderly in the community. The purpose of the study was to explore the effect of aromatherapyon the sleep quality of elderly people in the community.In order to achieve the above purpose, this study focuses on the middle-aged and elderly over 55years old in the community as the research object. The experimental method was designed fordifferent groups before and after the test. The groups were divided into four groups: experimentalgroup A group (intervention compound essential oil massage plus sniffing), group B (compoundessential oil massage), group C (compound essential oil sniffing), and group D (pure base oilmassage), and the control group E group (without any aromatherapy intervention), to explore theeffects of aromatherapy on sleep quality in the middle-aged and elderly in the community.In this study, we compiled the "Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale" to collect data. The data obtainedare based on descriptive statistics and paired sample t-test analysis. The research results obtained are:The use of aromatherapy can promote and improve the "sleep quality" of the elderly in the community.The research results of aromatherapy experiment in this research can be provided to the homeapplication of the elderly in the community and community care bases planning health promotioncourses for the elderly and practical application reference for lecturers of social welfare group healthpromotion courses.

美容保養品虛擬網路行銷企劃之探討-以純紅糖健康親膚手工皂為例

摘要

    本文介紹紅糖手工皂的製備,以椰子油、棕櫚油、橄欖油、紅糖為基底原料。將準備的純水各半分別加入紅糖和氫氧化鈉中,攪拌至完全溶解與混和,等待溫度降至約40℃時加入油相原料中,均勻攪拌直到皂化完成,最後再倒入模具中控溫成形即可脫模。把製作完成的紅糖手工皂為主要產品~成品命名為「純紅糖健康親膚手工皂」之虛擬商品,針對其進行(一)背景說明:以SWOT 分析來檢視本身產品的競爭能力;(二)產品概念:以STP 擬訂策略;(三)產品內容:外觀、性能、質量、材質與價格等;(四)行銷策略組合:以4P 和4C 將產品導向與客戶觀點致化。根據以上四項網路行銷策略擬定一份產品企劃書,以提供讀者參考。

Abstract
   

    This article introduces the preparation of brown sugar handmade soap, using coconut oil, palmoil, olive oil, and brown sugar as the base raw materials. Add half of the prepared pure water to thebrown sugar and sodium hydroxide, stir until completely dissolved and mixed, wait for thetemperature to drop to about 40 ℃, add to the oil phase raw materials, stir evenly until thesaponification is completed, and finally pour it into the temperature-control mold that can bedemolded after warm forming. The finished handmade soap is the main product~ a virtual productnamed “pure brown sugar healthy skin-friendly handmade soap”. (1) background description: useSWOT analysis to examine the competitiveness of its products; (2) product concept: use STP to formulate strategies; (3) product content: appearance, performance, quality, material and price, etc.;formulate strategies; (3) product content: appearance, performance, quality, material and price, etc.;(4) marketing strategy combination: align product orientation with customers’ viewpoints with 4P and4C. Based on the above four online marketing strategies, a product planning is drawn up for readers'reference.
