美容美髮業外部環境變遷對內部經營管理 因應之研究
A Study on the Response of the Changes in the External Environment of the Beauty Salon Industry to the Internal Management

    美容美髮業是台灣重要的服務業,也是影響大眾生活的產業。但對美容美髮業者而言, 外部環境變遷甚大,如少子化造成人才短缺,最低工資高漲造成成本增加,周休二日造成輪 班困難,故須調整內部經營管理來因應之,才能在經營績效有所提升。故本研究探討業者如 何面對外面環境變遷並透過內部經營管理的提昇來進行升級轉型,並透過自身企業能耐與企 業規模來提升其經營績效。本研究共提出九個研究假設,並透過問卷調查來實證之,共收集 到 81 份有效問卷。實證結果顯示,少子化、工時縮短、周休二日是影響較大的外部環境變遷, 而材料安全與品質、設計師專業技術、設計師互動禮儀、加強員工教育訓練、增加技術交流 是執行較好的內部管理項目,並透過服務品質、人才素質、美髮技術升級作法來因應外部環 境。研究發現內部經營管理及企業能力與升級轉型有顯著相關,且升級轉型、外部環境變遷、 內部經營管理與經營績效有顯著相關,但外部環境變遷及企業規模與升級轉型沒有顯著相 關。但若外部環境變遷能有企業能力的配合,及企業規模能與內部經營管理配合,仍可與升 級轉型有顯著相關。最後,本研究將對美容美髮業者提出具體管理建議。

ABSTRACT

    The beauty salon industry is an important service industry in Taiwan, and it is also an industry that affects the lives of the people. But for the beauty salon industry, the external environment has changed greatly. For example, the declining birth rate causes a shortage of talents, the increase in the minimum wage causes increased costs, and the two-day week off causes shift difficulties. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the internal management to cope with it in order to achieve corporate performance improved. Therefore, this study explores how the industry can face changes in the external environment and upgrade and transform through internal management improvement, and improve its corporate performance through its own corporate capabilities and corporate scale. A total of nine research hypotheses were proposed in this study, and they were empirically verified through questionnaire surveys. A total of 81 valid questionnaires were collected. The empirical results show that fewer births, shortened working hours, and two-day weekly rest are the external environmental changes that have a greater impact, while material safety and quality, designer expertise, designer interaction etiquette, strengthening employee education and training, and increasing technical exchanges are the better practices. Better internal management, and respond to the external environment through service quality, talent quality, and hairdressing technology upgrade practices. The study found that internal business management and corporate capabilities are significantly related to upgrading and transformation, and upgrading and transformation, external environmental changes, internal business management and corporate performance are significantly related, but external environmental changes and corporate scale are not significantly related to upgrading and transformation. However, if changes in the external environment can be coordinated with corporate capabilities, and corporate scale can be coordinated with internal management, it can still be significantly related to upgrading and transformation. Finally, this research will give specific management recommendations for beauty salon industry.

創新面膜有效性測定
Determination of the Effectual Activity of Innovative Facial Masks

本研究旨在研究六種創新面膜之有效性並評估產品使用前後對人體皮膚保濕的影響、皮 膚粗糙度及皺紋改善情形。六種面膜包含茉莉精油、玫瑰精油、魚子醬及藍銅生肽等有效成 分,實驗進行乃由無使用安全疑慮之受測樣品,由自願受測人員,定期定量檢測對皮膚改善 的狀況。瞭解自願受測人員,施測部位皮膚對各種化妝保養品之敏感性、保濕度、撫紋度等 的變化,和受測樣品、受測時間的關係,以及影響的程度。經實驗結果證實,六種面膜依其 有效成分不同,可達到可靠、安全、保濕、撫紋、美白之優良效果。

ABSTRACT

The aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of moisturizing, roughness and wrinkle improvement on human skin used by six facial masks and to evaluate the difference of before and after using existing skin testing equipment in the laboratory. The test was conducted with specimens included jasmine essential oil, rose essential oil, caviar and GHK-CU that are safe and are regularly quantified for skin improvement by volunteered participants. The effect on the skin in the sensitivity, moisturization, and streakiness to those cosmetic products were investigated, also the effectiveness of samples in relation to measured period was studied in this experiment.

樹莓派美髮智慧鏡製作與消費者滿意度調查
Hairdressing Smart Mirror Based on Raspberry Pi: Making and Consumer Satisfaction Survey

    鏡子是每個家庭不可或缺的生活用品,也是美髮沙龍的必備硬體。本研究結合樹莓派微 處理器、網路攝影機、無線傳輸及髮型設計應用程式,製作美髮智慧鏡,讓平凡無奇的鏡子 成為可以連接上網的裝置。美髮師可以透過美髮智慧鏡呈現為顧客設計的髮型髮色,顧客也 可以在鏡子中同時看到自己真實的影像與美髮師修飾後的虛擬影像。美髮智慧鏡在美髮沙龍 內實際進行試用,由試用者填寫使用滿意度問卷,扣除無效問卷共回收 105 份,問卷結果顯 示,試用者很滿意美髮智慧鏡裝置,認為使用美髮智慧鏡可以帶來新奇的體驗,同時也願意 主動向親朋好友推薦此美髮智慧鏡。統計分析的結果顯示,試用者的「性別」「年齡」、「教 育程度」、「居住地」、「職業」等變項對於美髮智慧鏡的使用體驗都沒有顯著性差異,顯 示美髮智慧鏡可以滿足各種顧客對於髮型設計的需求。

ABSTRACT

    Mirror is an indispensable product for every family, and it is also a necessary hardware for hair salons. This research combines the Raspberry Pi microprocessor, webcam, wireless transmission, and hair styling APP to make a hairdressing smart mirror. The ordinary mirror is now a device that can be connected to the Internet. Hairdressers can present the hairstyles designed for customers through the hairdressing smart mirror. Customers can see their real image and the virtual image modified by the hairdresser in the mirror at the same time. The hairdressing smart mirror was actually tested in the hairdressing salon, and a satisfaction questionnaire was issued to be filled out by the trial users. A total of 105 copies were collected after deducting invalid questionnaires. The results showed that the trial users were very satisfied with the hairdressing smart mirror. They feel that the use of smart hairdressing mirror can bring a novel experience, and they are also willing to actively recommend this hairdressing smart mirror to friends and relatives. The results of statistical analysis show that the trial users’ "gender", "age", "education level", "place of residence", "occupation" and other variables have no significant differences in the experience of using the hairdressing smart mirror, indicating that the hairdressing smart mirror can meet the needs of various customers for hair styling.

青花瓷應用於紙藝服裝設計 之研究

    談到剪紙藝術大家聯想到的通常都是逢年過節裝飾於門窗、房柱上的藝術作品,它們不僅有 吉祥之意同時也有裝飾用途。本研究透過剪紙來傳承古老的藝術,將以往樸實單純的剪紙結合具 有中國代表的青花瓷於時尚的服裝中,服裝將室上大吉、三羊開泰、鴛鴦貴子等寓意將圖騰及線 條融入於設計構想中並使用不同材質呈現。作品一「室上大吉」,融入了扇形的元素來形容大公雞 的翅膀;服裝方面使用深藍色針織鍛面布來形容大公雞炫彩奪目的羽毛。作品二「三羊開泰」,袖 子部分融入羊角的元素;服裝方面使用白色泡棉來形容羊的白淨。作品三「鴛鴦貴子」,於前胸融 入了羽毛元素來形容鴛鴦的羽毛;服裝方面使用彩麗皮,並且在裙子部分使用漸層方式呈現鴛 鴦在池中的樣子。

ABSTRACT

   When it comes to the art of paper-cutting, what everyone thinks of is usually the works of art that are decorated on doors, windows, and room pillars during the holidays. This research inherited the ancient art through paper-cutting, combining the simple art with blue and white porcelain, which represents Chinese, in fashionable clothing. The clothing incorporated the meanings of Murakami, Three goats welcoming Spring, Mandarin Ducks bless of having a son soon, etc., and integrated totems and lines into the design. The designs were conceived and presented with different materials. In the first work, "Murokami", fan-shaped elements were incorporated to describe the wings of a big rooster; dark blue knitted forged cloth was used in describing the colorful feathers of the big rooster. In the second work " Three goats welcoming Spring ", the sleeves were partly integrated with the elements of the horns; the clothing useed white foam to describe the whiteness of the sheep. In the last work, " Mandarin Ducks bless of having a son soon ", feathered elements were incorporated to presents the front of the chest ; the clothing was made of colorful leathers and the skirt part used a gradation method to show the postures of the mandarin duck in the pool.

     包裝設計除了保護商品內容物與正確表現關於內容物之訊息外,尚有傳達優良品 質與品牌形象之作用,且包裝一向在產品設計與行銷中扮演重要角色,其設計思考要 項包括:如何吸引注意力、增加購買率,以及對使用者友善之特性,更要考慮當前最 重要之環境永續議題,因此選用手工布盒加上流動畫包裝設計,探討是否能增加購買 力及提高商品價值。

ABSTRACT
    Abstract In addition to protecting the content of the product and correctly expressing the information about the content, packaging design also serves to convey good quality and brand image. Packaging has always played an important role in product design and marketing. Its design considerations include: how to attract attention It is also necessary to consider the most important environmental sustainability issues at present, such as increasing purchasing power, increasing purchase rate, and user-friendliness. Therefore, we choose handmade cloth boxes and stream animation packaging design to explore whether it can increase purchasing power and increase product value.

婚紗主題禮服造型設計之探討-以聖經人物為例

    隨著婚紗產業因結婚人口不斷減少,疫情中的無法群聚,競爭激烈下,已由婚紗攝影公 司演變成工作室,由一條龍式服務演變為精緻客製化的服務,消費者開始嚮往手工訂製的婚 紗禮服,婚紗業者不斷的創新、研發、提升獨特性。主題婚紗此時成為婚紗業的重要特色, 其中以西方神話人物主題婚紗更是多數。本研究概述台灣婚紗市場以文獻探討法,賞析西方 神話人物主題婚紗,延伸探討聖經人物中,對家庭有美好影響之魅力女性,以問卷調查法, 針對具牧師、傳道特定問卷對象之方式,取得聖經中女性的代表人物,票選出前 5 名。本研 究成果期許能豐富主題婚紗創作內涵,與日後主題婚紗作品、婚紗整體造型發起更多元創作 題材,更多樣的視覺意像。用美的概念來傳達聖經故事、認識聖經故事,美麗的名字背後, 蘊含奇妙的生命故事。

ABSTRACT   
    As the wedding dress industry is declining due to the number of marriages, it is impossible to gather in the epidemic. Under the fierce competition, it has evolved from a wedding photography company to a studio, from a one-stop service to an exquisite and customized service. Consumers are beginning to yearn for handwork. Customized wedding dresses, the wedding industry continues to innovate, develop, and enhance its uniqueness. Themed wedding dresses have become an important feature of the wedding industry at this time, and most of them are themed wedding dresses of western mythical figures. This research summarizes the wedding dress market in Taiwan using literature research methods, appreciating western mythological characters themed wedding dresses, and extended explorations of biblical characters who have a beautiful influence on the family’s attractive women. The questionnaire survey method is used to obtain specific questionnaires for pastors and evangelists. The representative figures of women in the Bible voted for the top five. The results of this research are expected to enrich the creative connotation of themed wedding dresses and initiate more creative themes and more diverse visual images with future themed wedding dresses and the overall modeling of the wedding dress. Use the concept of beauty to convey and understand biblical stories. Behind beautiful names, there are wonderful stories of life.
